I am a Raw Food coach, gut bacteria enthusiast and believer that food is our medicine and it should be eaten joyfully without a trace of guilt. I had 5 wonderful children in 5 years and had the pleasure to breastfeed them all. Now that they are all at school I have been on a journey of rediscovering myself as a woman and person as well as a mother. I am journeying within and getting back into my body through Pilates, Yoga, Tae Kwondo, Riding and Swimming. I love empowering other people especially women through raw food, movement and loving ourselves. I spend a lot of time with little people, as well as raising my own children I am a bespoke private tutor for people aged 4 -80. I teach everything from History to Italian and Oxbridge Entrance Preparation but mainly I inspire children to believe in themselves and fall in love with learning. I work with some awesome Home Educated families too, at the moment we are doing Shakespeare workshops together. I love music from Opera to Bhangra. I have been and will remain a perpetual student in life, I studied Economics and Management Sciences at Lancaster University (with a mind blowing year at the University of California Santa Cruz). I then Studied History at Cambridge (with a large side helping of Comedy and Acting with Footlights). I lived and worked in Italy straight after University and Studied Italian at The University of Siena. After that I did an internship at the European Commission in Brussels whilst studying French (my experience there makes me believe in the power we have when we connect with other cultures and peoples). I worked in Banking for a while once I returned to London but realised that I am motivated by helping people and making a difference in their lives so I trained as a Secondary History teacher. I am a revert to Islam and love connecting with people from all walks of life, we are all one.
